ZIN GAMES ADVERTISING POLICY

SECTION A: Guidelines and scope of policy

  1. This Policy applies to the ZIN GAMES, LLC website and all games, media, services, etc… provided/created by ZIN GAMES, LLC (Collectively referred to as “products“. The policy is meant as an informational tool for our customers and is not intended to satisfy any specific legal requirements of any entity, organization, or government.

  2. This policy may be altered, updated, or declined at any time at the sole discretion of ZIN GAMES,LLC. Any such adjustments may be reflected in our products retroactively regardless of the condition of this policy at the time of release for aforementioned product.

  3. Customers may cite this policy during engagements with ZIN GAMES, LLC for the purpose of resolving related disputes, or drawing the attention of ZIN GAMES, LLC to observed practices.

SECTION B: Internal Advertising

  1. Nothing in this policy shall preclude ZIN GAMES, LLC from running advertisements for our other products within any particular product, platform, or venture of ZIN GAMES, LLC; even such ventures utilizing third-party services (Social Media, Distribution Platforms, etc…)

SECTION C: External advertising

  1. Products and services from third-party organizations may be promoted via ZIN GAMES, LLC products. Such advertisements does not constitute any official support from ZIN GAMES, LLC to such products/services and should not be construed to reflect opinion, standing, or intention of ZIN GAMES, LLC.

  2. ZIN GAMES, LLC may, at it’s sole discretion, where applicable limit content of third-party advertisements on our products. However, it is to be understood that ZIN GAMES, LLC does not attempt to devalue or control the policies, practices, or rights of any third-party organization. The provisions in this section shall only be exercised in cases of inappropriate, illegal, or morally objectionable content of the advertisement/organization in question. The term “morally objectionable“ may include, but is not limited to:

    1. The internal opinions/beliefs of ZIN GAMES, LLC

    2. The opinions/beliefs of our customers who have reached out to us questioning the advertisement.

SECTION D: Implementation of Advertisements

  1. At no time should any advertisement, internal or external, hinder or interrupt the enjoyment of our customers using our products.

  2. At no time will any of our products be intentionally designed or intended for the explicit purpose of coercing customers to support advertisements provided within our products.

  3. With respect to section D-2. of this policy, ZIN GAMES, LLC will not barter/bargain the support of our customers for the financial or monetary gain of the company or any third-party organization.

  4. While appreciated, ZIN GAMES, LLC does not explicitly incentivize our customers for favorable ratings, comments, etc… This does not prohibit ZIN GAMES, LLC from offering rewards to our customers for making such contributions, only to state that the actual content of such contributions shall not be discriminated against. (example: A 1-star rating shall receive no more/less of a promised reward than a 5-star rating)

  5. With regard to section D-4. of this policy, ZIN GAMES, LLC is not prohibited from, at our sole discretion, showing our appreciation retroactively to any given customer/s in the form of unadvertised rewards, honorable mentions, etc… Such appreciation may be offered on a case-by-case basis and does not obligate ZIN GAMES, LLC to provide such appreciation/rewards in the future.

SECTION E: Remedial options for violation of this policy

  1. All customers are encouraged to cite this policy if they believe ZIN GAMES,LLC to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the intention of this policy. Any such citations should be brought to our attention exclusively, through official channels (email, private messaging, customer service, etc…).

  2. This policy is NOT intended or authorized for use in legal disputes and is strictly enforceable within ZIN GAMES, LLC exclusively.
